Your Wetseat Neoprene Seat Covers come with a complete 2 Year Manufacturer Warranty.

This is designed to cover any manufacturing defects. If it is found that there is a manufacturing defect, we will also cover any associated freight costs.

Please note that we, the manufacturer, Inland Australia Pty. Ltd., may choose to re-work, repair, or replace the affected parts as appropriate. It is common practice for photos to be requested from the customer in order for us to conduct an initial assessment for Warranty. This is a pre-requisite step in starting a claim for Warranty.

Caring for your Wetseat Neoprene Seat Covers:

For light marks and surface dirt, a damp cloth, chamois or wet wipes will generally do the job of cleaning them.
For heavier or more stubborn marks and stains, you can machine wash your Wetseat Neoprene covers - please see below instructions for wash settings;

- Remove any loose dust, dirt, sand, etc by giving the covers a wipe with a damp cloth

- Connect any loose hook & loop tapes where possible to eliminate any tangling during washing

- Set to COLD wash

- Gentle cycle

- Use normal wash powder/liquid


For cleaning of the covers when subjected to salt water, sand or mud, try hosing down your Wetseat Neoprene covers, then hang on the clothes line for 1 hour (ambient temp 20 degrees).

 

Important: If you are looking at applying any cleaning products onto the seats before installing your Wetseat covers, please leave up to a week to dry completely before installing the Wetseats. Any residual moisture left inside when fitted may cause damage to your seats.
