The Wetseat Canvas & Denim Seat Covers = 36 months



What to do if a claim is required

  • Please contact us through our website www.thewetseat.com and click on the “help” icon in the lower right hand corner;
    • Kindly quote your order or invoice number and attach pictures of the damaged or faulty covers.
  • Alternatively please email [email protected];

  • In person;
    • drop into our office at Unit 2/10c Childs Road Chipping Norton NSW 2170.


What's not covered?
Warranty on products does not apply to defects created by misuse, abuse, physical damage or normal wear and tear.

This Warranty also does not cover our product if

  • You are not the original purchaser;
  • Covers are returned after the warranty period set out above has expired
  • Covers have not been installed as specified on the product's installation instructions found on our website
  • If the covers have been altered, modified, or repaired.


Refund Policy
Contact us at [email protected] or through the “help” icon in the lower right hand corner of our website to arrange a return.

  • All goods returned for refund MUST be unused and with original packaging with 30 days.
  • The refund is ONLY processed once the returned goods have been inspected and approved.
  • Freight is not refundable, ALL covers returned for a refund are done so at the customers expense.
  • Custom made covers (covers not listed in Bundle Specials or In Stock) are non-refundable, please ensure the correct selection is made at time of ordering, feel free to contact us if any details are not clear or if you are not sure the correct selection has been made.
