From July 2019 The Wetseat comes complete with a 24 Month Limited Warranty. Prior to this date with a 12 Month Limited Warranty. We the manufacturer will repair or replace covers if the covers are faulty, damaged or of poor quality workmanship.
What to do if a claim is required
Please contact us through our website www.thewetseat.com and click on the “help” icon in the lower right hand corner. Kindly quote your order or invoice number and attach pictures of the damaged or faulty covers. Alternatively please email firstname.lastname@example.org with all the above mentioned requirements or drop into our office at Unit 2/10c Childs Road Chipping Norton NSW 2170.
What's not covered?
Warranty on products does not apply to defects created by misuse, abuse, physical damage or normal wear and tear.
